Job Summary: To implement and execute the sales and marketing plan for North America
Main Activities & Responsibilities:
  • Participate in developing, initiating, and executing marketing and sales plan
  • Manage and mentor members of the sales team
  • Assist team in building client specific sales plans
  • Generate 3 month rolling revenue forecast
  • Identify clients, contacts, and potential strategic partners
  • Build and maintain a network of key clients and visit them regularly
  • Manage customer visit reports from sales teams to assist with strategic sales planning
  • Understand the ordering process for each client as well as their QHSE requirements
  • Respond and follow up sales enquiries by telephone, e-mail and personal visits
  • Stay updated on customers' plans and strategies
  • Contract owner for client contracts
  • Understand the Competitive Landscape of the market
  • Map and develop markets to allow access for Interwell products to be promoted and used with
  • Identify application areas for new technology
  • Approval of all client quotations
  • Oversee the hand-over process from Sales to operations once a thorough understanding of the client's application has been established
  • Interact, as necessary, with Interwell agents and partners
  • Understand and follow the WIP (sales) process in IFS
  • Manage team's adherence to Job specific project follow up per Interwell's quality management system (file project specific info. WIP activities, ensure correct information in Work Information Sheet, customer job specific meetings, and other customer related communication)
  • Draft/check invoice(s) and get approved by Customer when necessary
  • General marketing activities, both initial sales and after sales promotion
  • Participate in local industry events as well as local and trade shows
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and personal commitment to Interwell policies
  • Adherence to local and external relevant health & safety laws and policies
  • Attend training and / to develop relevant knowledge and skills
  • Adherence to Interwell's QHSE Management Systems
  • Other duties as assigned
QHSE Responsibilities:
It is mandatory that employee is familiar with and follows the Company`s Policy for Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment and takes an active part in compliance and improvement of the Management System to maintain our system in certification. Employee must report any accidents, incidents, near misses, actual or potential problems with products, services or systems to QHSE and/or Department Manager. Employee also has legal responsibilities under country-specific health and safety legislation to follow all Company policies, procedures, guidelines, control measures, signage and permit conditions and to know what to do in an emergency. The employee is also responsible for the health, safety and security arrangements of subordinates (if any) and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years' oil and gas experience, preferably in Wellbore Intervention and/or Completions
  • Good knowledge of downhole tools
  • Slickline/E-Line and Coiled Tubing knowledge
  • Fluency in English
