We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Power System Planning Department (PSPD), under the Power Systems Admin Area.
Power System provides power engineering, operation and investment services for the company's both downstream and upstream operations and plants. It holds several Joint Ventures and subsidiaries that require the skills and the competency to support and analyze current power systems investments or joint ventures performance.
You will work under the Business Support Division (BSD) which handles all Power Systems current investment and joint ventures. You will conduct Joint Ventures (JV) financial statement reviews, conducting performance financial Due Diligence, monitoring and issuing JV performance and KPI reports/ dashboards, and reviewing Joint Ventures investment business and operating plans. You will support the cooperate board members for issues related to the current investments for all board related activities. Also, review Joint Ventures future capital growth and propose potential investment.
As a successful candidate you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Finance. A minor in accounting or statistics is desirable.
You must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in multinational business or International finance.
You must have a strong background in financial management and analysis.
You must have experience in companies' valuation, analysis, and performance assessment.
You must have experience with commercial law, taxation, and banking
You should have experience with companies' law and governances.
You should have a basic knowledge about Utilities industry.
You should have experience with computerized financial systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
You are required to perform the following:
Review JVs funding requirements and prepare necessary cash call packages related to equity or loan contributions requests.
Review and provide recommendations for Joint Ventures strategies, future capital growth and propose potential investment.
Interface with various corporate organization, like Legal, Corporate Finance and Human Resources.
Lead the work of less-experienced analysts, when necessary, to complete assigned projects.
Mentor, develop, and provide expertise guidance for young workforce.
