Lead and facilitate the implementation of Lean Six Sigma across the organization.


Facilitate, train and coach team members in the use of lean six sigma tools

Mentor Green Belts and assist in formal training programs on the basics of lean and six sigma

Drive the lean six sigma quality mindset  and continuous improvement culture into every job function

Help teams and provide guidance in projects to improve quality, cost, delivery and service

Act as an internal advisor in six sigma and lean methodologies on an as-needed basis

Lead and conduct kaizen events

Organize and analyze data sets that outline the systematic  improvement opportunities

Works with cross functional teams to identify the improvement projects

Coordinate with ADM leadership team on improvements and sustainability efforts

Implement and facilitate the use of statistical process control (SPC)

Implement Minitab to aid in SPC

Periodic and / or as needed reporting of improvement opportunities (projects) at all stages supported by                                                 

Follow up improvement actions and ensure proper closure and effectiveness

Hold periodic meetings with all levels of employees on improvement project progress and way forward

Ensure all opportunities of improvement are well documented on WPTS as a minimum with all

Ensure Lean and Six Sigma meetings are well documented on WPTS and presentations uploade

Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.

Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.

Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.




Application knowledge on lean and six sigma tools.

Good verbal communication skills. Have a good command of the English language.

Be self-motivated and pragmatic.

Should be able to work closely with fellow employees

Solid communication and presentation skills

Minimum of 5-10 years experience as a lean six sigma practitioner with black belt certification

Proven  Lean improvements

 Will be involved with productions process improvement, scrap reduction, rework

 Train key employees within the department on processes

 Over 14 Departments including: welding, assembly, machining, finishing, warehouse

Graduate in Engineering (Industrial/manufacturing/mechanical engineering)

Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
