If you have experience as an Electronics/Soldering Technician (entry level), it's time to join our first class team in Houston!
We are seeking a technician with years of relevant experience in electrical manufacturing, including experience with Copper, AV/Coaxial and ideally fibre termination splice and test experience. As a technician in our mold shop, you will undertake a number of tasks to support the Senior Moulding Technician to ensure all orders are completed efficiently in an economical and timely manner. You will conduct basic testing & undertake general wiring and molding duties to meet project deadlines. Following diagrams, you will position, align, fasten and install wiring to form assemblies or sub-assemblies as well as prepare a variety of molds. Undertaking activities in a timely, safe and organised manner, you will pay particular attention to maintaining the high QA standards already in place.
With some experience of projects within a fast pace team environment, you will be used working with set procedures applicable to the manufacturing process. With exceptional attention to detail and an ability to work unsupervised, you must demonstrate your ability to work to a high standard. Whilst you will receive direction in terms of the tasks carried out, you will be expected to work independently and prioritise the associated tasks to meet client requirements. In order to work with the team, you must have a good level of English language to effectively carry out this role. You will also have sufficient flexibility to meet the demands of this busy role which from time-to-time may include working overtime.
