Commercial drive the development and operations of Asset Integrity's Digital Services business. This will include managing all of the processes and procedures that support the Commercial Management of the business. Functions
ESSENTIAL Promote the Company; support the development of Business Unit strategies Development of appropriate commercial pricing and cost models for digital services Define and formulate how to manage Intellectual Property both from a legal (with the support of our legal teams) and commercial perspective. Translate client value into optimised pricing models maximising Oceaneering return on investments. Development of internal business cases from inception through to AFE and AFE follow up. Development of client facing business cases to showcase value add for client by using Oceaneering. Use market data and insights (together with BD) to deduct key insights from product developments and the pricing thereof Provide commercial support and guidance to Operations delivery teams Provide commercial guidance and support to Operations Assist in the preparation of Contract Performance Review documentation and attend performance review meetings when required.

- Degree in Finance / Business or Engineering
- Experience in a commercial environment including Contracting Environment within the Oil & Gas Industry. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively both verbal and written
- Experiences from technology focused industry and/or digital industry including legal practices associated with data ownership, management and use
- Stimulates team spirit in the working environment
- Should be flexible to travel for Operational requirements
