The San Joaquin Valley Business Unit i2i Data Integration and Analytics Program Manager is accountable for delivery of the Data Foundation i2i program and associated nested projects, including develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities for the program and nested projects.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
 

  • Responsible for delivering the SJV i2i (Integration to Insight) program, a multi-year $10MM program to advance data integration via modern dataware housing, Agile data delivery, data modeling and consumption
  • Ensures that program & nested project teams collaborate with support organizations (e.g. IT Solution Operations/Managed Integration, Information Delivery/Business Intelligence, UTC G&G and central ITC teams) to ensure that the program successfully delivers to the support organizations.
  • Ensure change management is comprehensive across both Business and IT to drive adoption for program initiatives, working with nested projects to campaign for accessing single source, trusted data (self-service and repointing queries)
  • Develop sustainable evergreen execution plan including Foundational BI (releases and self-service), Data Quality Management, Master Data Management, Data Warehouse implementation of new data and maturing cloud and automation.
  • Ensure alignment with Data Foundation Office on prioritization, terminology, engaging the business for integration and visualization.

 


Required Qualifications:

 

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree information systems management or computer engineering
  • Minimum 5 years data integration and analytics
  • Program management experience is required

 


Preferred Qualifications:

 

 

 

 

  • Strong understanding of Data Foundation, Managed Integration and Business Intelligence practices
  • Strong understanding of CSOC (Capital Stewardship & Organizational Capability) and CPMS for IT
