Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Service Associate located in Makati City, Philippines through December 18, 2018 at 11:59 PM.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
 

  • Works on SAP billing front-end system edits, for orders received through the systems
  • Proactively monitors SAP sales orders on a daily basis to ensure that these are invoiced timely and accurately
  • Coordinates with other business units/groups to work on sales orders in SAP issues that are raised
  • Manages administration and maintenance of customer pricing mechanisms, service fees, and discounts for all products
  • Works on global cancel and re-bill and manual billing process for NAL sales products
  • Manages the creation and distribution of all standard, recurring and ad hoc Business Intelligence (BI) reports required
  • Analyzes customer problems related to invalid entry of master data, pricing master data or billing information to determine a resolution
  • Continuously seeks ways to streamline admin requirements of customers in support of improving process efficiency where appropriate
  • Ensures all cases/issues are closed in a reasonable period of time as determined by service level agreement

 


Required Qualifications:

 

 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related course
  • Above average communication skills
  • Good eye for detail
  • Highly reliable and team player
  • Can work with minimun supervision
