JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for supervising the quality and accuracy of daily activities of field/workshop for internal/external customers, under supervision.  ensure adherence with all industry regulations and best practices. Responsible for scheduling, coaching, and prioritizing workload of employees.  Assists subordinates with basic job evaluations and reviews work assignments.  participate in basic project planning prior to execution of field procedures.  review job reports to ensure accordance to procedures. 

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job planning: Internal & External

Reviews and executes required documentation of completed jobs, including sales orders, work orders, safety-related documentation, etc. and ensures all the paperwork is complete and accurate

Deals with customer needs and requirements

Communicates with warehouse to acquire necessary parts

Reports all non-conformances/quality issues or potential problems related to any product to the DM

Completes pre-job planning

Reviews JSAs for accuracy/completion

Performs audits

Supervises and mentors Field Service Technicians.

May be required to conduct assessments

Participates in operational meetings (internal & external)

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Able to demonstrate field/shop competency

Mechanical ability necessary to perform tasks

Valid driver's license

Good oral and written communication skills

Self-motivated, self starter

Must be able to follow instructions

Able to work closely with fellow employees

Ability to demonstrate Product Line competency

Relevant oilfield product knowledge

Ability to demonstrate coaching and mentoring skills

Supervisor skills

Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel computer skills

Math fundamentals

Project Management

Mechanical ability necessary to perform job responsibilities

Supervisor experience

The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations

Preferred:

3-5 years related field experience
