Position Description

We are seeking a HR Generalist to join the new established Saudi Aramco Retail Company (SARC) within the Marketing, Sales & Supply Planning Admin Area.

The primary role of the HR Generalist is strategic planning in human resource processes, policies, activities, and outcomes at the department level to ensure that the department is kept up to date on business line, admin area, and industry HR trends and best practices.

You will work collaboratively with department management and Admin Area HR Professionals as well as HR Generalist counterparts in other departments in areas of performance and talent management, recruitment, development, employee engagement, leadership selection, and retention. You will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of integrated admin area and department HR strategies and systems, adapting performance and talent management strategies as the business landscape evolves.

Minimum Requirements

As a successful candidate, you will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or Economics

You will have at least seven years of overall progressive HR experience in areas such as performance and talent management, organizational design, leadership development, facilitation, and training.

You will be results-oriented with a proven ability to identify and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) linking HR initiatives to bottom line results in terms of productivity, quality, safety, service, revenue, and/or non-labor costs.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be expected to perform the following:

Facilitate the formulation and implementation of department level HR goals.

Identify key internal and external stakeholders and help to build a shared vision in support of HR strategies.

Provide guidance and mentoring for department HR teams.

Provide advice and guidance to department for HR strategy implementation.

Participate in cascading admin area level KPI's at the department level.
Provide feedback and recommendations to department leadership to improve the effectiveness of HR strategies.

Facilitate annual department level strategic talent review meetings.

Coordinate and ensure the quality and consistency of succession planning decisions in the department.

Collaborate with other departments within the admin area and as requested, with corporate HR to streamline the reassignment of talent in and out of the department.

Facilitate the annual department level bench strength analysis reviews.

Collaborate with the department head to facilitate leader selection/deselection processes.

Manage department level administration of talent and learning management systems for employee development in technical, non-technical, and leadership areas.

Monitor the department's performance in achieving human capital development targets.

Audit the quality and execution of department's approved Individual Development Plans (IDP) to ensure targeted development goals are met.

Review employee psychometric instruments and assessments and assist department leaders in interpreting the results and implementing actions based on the results.
