We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with Reliability background to join Haradh Gas Plant Department (HdGPD) under Gas Operations Admin Area.
Haradh Gas Plant (HdGP) was brought on stream in 2003; the plant current processing capacity is 1.85 billion Standard cubic feet per day (BSCFD) of non-associated gas in addition to 165MBD of NGL and 20 metric tons of liquefied sulfur.
You will apply an extensive and diverse resource of Knowledge and experience, analyze and interpret conceptual ideas into workable solutions for complex problems and issues. Also, to address and resolve critical situations, both technical and non-technical.
As a successful candidate you should hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
You must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the design, specification and troubleshooting of all aspects in rotating equipment such as gas/steam turbines, compressors and pumps.
You should have the CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional).
You should have experience in vibration analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reporting, and establishing the machinery monitoring programs.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following:
Coordinate maintenance programs to determine relative priorities and on-time completion of work in critical operating facilities with available work force.
Plan assigned T&Is field-wide, analyses and sequences all work requests; estimates required manpower, justifying when necessary requests for additional manpower, overtime or extension of unit downtime.
Execute the actual work during a T&I period, coordinate activities of assigned craftsmen and such other personnel as are assigned (night shift coordination, etc.) to assist in the execution of the work.
Review project proposals to assure that maintenance aspects are considered in final design.
Provides professional level expertise to the solution of complex hardware problems.
