Our client is looking for 4x PM Coaches for a contract basis, located offshore with occasional trips onshore in Aberdeen.



The UK UNISOL project will introduce various levels of change to the SAP solution and processes supported by this solution to the offshore and onshore end users of the company. The level of change will vary depending on the stakeholder group.  The role of the SAP Coach is to ensure the SAP end users based at operational sites / locations understand the changes, how their role is impacted by these changes and understand how to use the SAP solution to carry out their day to day work safely with no impact to operations.



Deliver coaching and support on the following topics:

  • Loading backlog of documents generated during black-out period
  • Provide technical assistance as required for personnel using SAP
  • Asset Administration (Master Data Management - Static / Dynamic Data)
  • Process Administration (Work Order Management - Transactional)
  • Logistics Administration
  • BW reporting
  • On-the-job (OTJ) training for schedulers & planners
  • Maintenance Standards
  • Document Management
  • Work order / requisition release
  • Work prioritization
  • Deferral process
  • SECE failure process
  • Set up of user favourites
  • Prepare variants for Prometheus navigator tool
  • Understanding of the workstation roll out on legacy Maersk Oil assets
  • Coordinator for all SAP related issues at operational site / location


Participate in User Acceptance Testing

  • Test the solution to ensure correct functionality and business requirements have been met
  • Supporting the business in data validation activities


Training Preparation and Delivery

  • Involved in training preparation and review
  • Deliver and support  training curriculum
  • Communicate how UNISOL solution supports the company's processes
  • Provide operational examples of system usage


Cascade Communications

  • Cascade key messages to support stakeholders change journey


End User Support

  • Focal point for level 1 support on functional issues
  • Ongoing involvement in supporting the business and UNISOL evolution


Process Advisor

  • Understand UNISOL and how the solution supports  business processes 
  • Support and advise BPOs and end users on UNISOL process solutions


Support Hyper Care Activities

  • Attend the hyper care meetings to represent the operational site
  • Manage action list of site issues


Extension of the Project Team

  • Heavily involved in the project and relied upon to provide process and solution knowledge



  • Maintenance & Inspection profile
  • Experienced in major SAP implementations
  • Similar coaching activities delivered previously if possible, in similar environments
  • Good communication skills, written and oral
