Position Description

We are seeking a Corporate Business Academy Instructor & Content Developer to join the Finance, Strategy & Development Business Academy.
The Business Academy is one of the organizations reporting to the Finance, Strategy & Development Human Resources Development Center. It will become the business acumen provider for the Company. In addition, the Business Academy focuses on developing employees in a targeted and cost-effective manner, facilitating and supporting Financial Professional Certifications, addressing gaps in the development of C-Suite positions, and sharing critical knowledge.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering all development programs within the Business Academy. This responsibility includes assuring that the academy's programs support and meet the needs and objectives of Finance, Strategy & Development, as well as the wider Saudi Aramco and its subsidiaries and joint ventures.
Minimum Requirements

As the successful candidate, you will hold a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. A professional finance or accounting certificate is preferred such as CFA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, etc.
You will have at least 7 years of experience, including finance or accounting training or teaching and content development experience.
You will have strong skills, such as excellent communication skills, relationship building, and content design and development.
You should have the ability to handle the development of learning programs and diverse delivery methods.
Duties and Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following:
Develop course content from scratch.
Deliver the courses to groups and provide one-on-one training sessions.
Coach and mentor as part of the Business Academy's various programs.
Edit and review program materials, such as technical courses content and development program curricula.
Ensure material is written and edited to follow the established Company style, as well as to meet the educational objectives of each program.
