Job Summary

The Division Order Analyst position will be part of the Division Order team within Anadarko's DJ Basin Land Administration staff located in Denver, CO.




  • Preference for 2+ years of oil and gas experience in Division Orders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Self-starter that is able to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to work under deadlines and sometimes on multiple projects
  • Handle confidential and proprietary company data and information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn other computer applications
  • Knowledge of Quorum Land System is a plus





  • Establish and maintain Division of Interest records by determining working interest and burdens associated with royalty and overriding royalty interests through analysis of title opinions, assignments, deeds, estate documents, leases, etc.
  • Maintain Joint Interest Billing records.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Promote good communication with internal/external partners, operators, and landowners.
  • Other duties as assigned.


High School Diploma or GED required, with B.S. Degree in Energy or Land Management, or Business Administration preferred.


This position may eligible for domestic relocation.

Travel Requirements
The percentage of travel required for this position is 0 - 10%.

Work Schedule
This position is eligible for the 9/80 work schedule.
