To assist in producing timely, accurate and complete Financial reports for all Company entities.To provide support to the Financial Accountant and Assistant Financial Accountant in the preparation of the Financial reports in accordance with accounting standards.

To receive and process all invoice, verify calculations and input data in to the Accounts system in an accurate manner.


The Accounts Assistant shall be responsible, but not limited to, the following:

Ensures booking of invoices in the accounting system.

Reviews to ensure matching of invoice to the Purchase Order (PO) and further investigation if not.

Arranges distribution of invoices to respective managers/directors for payment approval.

Follows up with suppliers regarding late/ missing invoices.

Ensures booking of expense claims/reimbursement for payroll addition and books all utilised expenses.

Ensures all invoices for recharge are copied to other companies and employees and distributed to relevant parties.

Any other ad hoc duties as required by Financial Accountant and Assistant Financial Accountant.
