Job Summary
Anadarko's DJ Financial Planning and Reporting team has an opening for an Engineering Technologist located in the Company's Denver office. Successful candidates will be responsible for data management, data analysis/interpretation, weekly reporting and process improvements. This position may require working with the Accounting, Engineering, Land, Operations and Rockies Well Construction groups. The position will also interact and share projects with our DJ Reserves team.




  • 2+ years of relevant work experience required
  • Self-motivated individual with strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills, group thinking and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with Aries and Microsoft Excel/Access, Spotfire is required
  • Experience with coding, SAP, Openwells is a plus





  • Develop spreadsheets, access databases and tools that help optimize our financial planning process
  • Assist in assimilating data, organizing and sending out financial reports
  • Assist in creating and managing type curve databases in ARIES
  • Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team


High school diploma or GED required

Valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle.

This position is eligible for domestic relocation.

Travel Requirements
The percentage of travel required for this position is 0 - 5%.

Work Schedule
This position is on a 9/80 work schedule.
