Position Summary:

Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work
activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel;
monitor work areas and examine tools and equipment in order to detect unsafe
conditions or violations of procedures or safety rules, monitor employees' work
levels and review work performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•?Primary duty is supervision of assigned employees.
•?Examines objects, systems, or facilities, and analyzes information to determine
needed installations, services, or repairs.
•?Performs a full range of supervisory responsibilities including hiring, training,
scheduling of work, grievances, performance counseling, and recommendations
for promotions, demotions and termination of employment. Ensures that all
relevant Human Resources and HSE policies and procedures are followed and
adhered to.
•?Manages budget preparation and administration, coordinating purchasing and
documentation, and monitoring departmental expenditures.
•?Requisitions materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, and replacement
parts.
•?Computes estimates and actual costs of factors such as materials, labor, and
outside contractors.
•?Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to construct templates and lay
out reference points for workers.
•?Conducts or arranges for worker training in safety, repair, and maintenance
techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use.
•?Performs other related duties as required.

Educational and Other Requirements:
•?High school education or general education equivalent (ex. reading, writing and
math basics)
•?A minimum of five years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is
required.
•?Occupation involves coordinating, supervising, managing, or training others.
•?Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to
promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of
people, data, property, and institutions.
