Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
  • Manages the Manager's calendar using Outlook.
  • Schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings, conferences and special events.
  • Constantly monitors manager's e-mail to ensure important communications are handled.
  • Interacts professionally and effectively with senior leaders and customers
  • Coordinates travel logistics using CTREX and ensures all details are arranged.
  • Properly handles sensitive and confidential material.
  • Handles special projects as requested.
  • Prepares documents in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel using MS Office applications.
  • Orders supplies for the team and reconciles Procurement Card
  • Develops routine reports and does basic analytics to provide central theme
  • Handles customer complaints to ensure full resolution
  • Processes employee credit card applications and deactivations
  • Reviews and submits manual credit card transactions to Credit Card Accounting


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree (Business Administration, Finance, or Economics)
  • Must be able to handle all activities with confidentiality, initiative and independence.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), video conferencing (WebEx), travel and expense report support (Concur/CTREX) and digital document management (Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint and OneDrive).
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate (verbal and written) and work cooperatively with all levels of management and employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, often under changing circumstances. Ability to prioritize, anticipate needs and requirements and to follow through. Strong organization skills and attention to detail is crucial.
