Producers Service Corporation has immediate need for an experienced Engineer in our Hennessey, OK field location.

Overview:

As a Field Engineer, the qualified applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3 or more years of Hydraulic Fracturing/Stimulation experience, including experience with multiple frac processes and fluid systems. Good verbal and written communication and solid computer skills are required. Strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, ability to make quick decisions, and attention to detail are a must. The successful candidate will possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to work a flexible work schedule, including long and/or irregular hours. Some travel is required. Prior service company or oilfield operating company experience is desirable.

Position Duties:

  • Providing real time troubleshooting on location
  • Executing and evaluating fracturing treatments
  • Writing proposals for fracturing jobs
  • Providing on-site technical support for field operations
  • (Including direct communication with client representatives)
  • Acting as liaison with client and HSE personnel
  • Reviews job program from customer to understand treatment specifications and assist in preparing for the job
  • Work closely with Operations in pre-job planning and on location during treatment to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist location supervisor and customer representative in determining calculations for chemical additives and concentrations for treatments
  • Foster and maintain customer relations by establishing a positive image and confidence in the quality of services by being a point of contact for questions regarding to products, equipment, and procedures
  • Conduct pre and post job analyses. This includes but is not limited to pre-job chemical inventories, real time mass balance tracking, water testing, fluid testing both pre job and ''on the fly'', breaker testing, tank strapping, etc.
  • Support supervisors and customer representative on location throughout all phases of the treatment including but not limited to treatment volumes, flush calculations, pad extensions, stage adjustments, chemical loading, etc.
  • Conduct or assist in quality control tests both pre job and during treatment to ensure proper delivery of service
  • Make changes/corrections as required, document such for later review and post job opening
  • Investigate and evaluate any job difficulties and/or failures to diagnose and assist in correction faulty operations
  • Based on location issues, suggest improvement feedback to Upper Management
  • Prepare post job reports as required by PSC management
  • Follow up with customer at point of service during and after service to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor
