Total responsibility for internal day-to-day operation of a regional Weatherford facility.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility for managing service delivery, operating results, personnel development, business development, sales and functions such as accounting, purchasing, manufacturing, health & safety, and human resources.
Manage a staff of supervisors to drive quality service goals through the effective and efficient use of its financial, capital, and human resources.
Develop and implement programs and procedures to increase business.
Develop strategies to process and control merchandise flow within facilities.
Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures that promote health and welfare of all personnel.
Train and develop supervisors to provide management depth.
Handle complaints and grievances.
Ensure efficient space utilization within the facilities.
With assistance from HR: recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and corrective action.
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
7+ years' experience or more in a management position
Excellent supervisory and organizational skills
Ability to delegate work effectively
Ability to work with diversity in a high-speed production environment
Good interpersonal skills and flexibility
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
Product line experience
Financial reporting experienc
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
