Work Schedule - Friday - Sunday 6 am - 6 pm 2 positions available

Friday - Sunday 6 pm - 6 am 1 position available


Act as a liaison between Amega West Services and the customer. Perform other duties as directed my management personnel.


· Respond to customer inquiries for rental tools

· Check inventory and communicate to customers if requests can be met.

· Review customer purchase orders/tool requests.

· Plan for Materials as per customer needs and communicate to purchasing.

· Discuss schedule as per customer needs with Shop Manager or Shop Supervisor.

· Need to be able to be On-Call and readily available during specific designated times.

· Need to be able to operate Overhead Crane equipment and Forklift in order to access rental tools. Other responsibilities as defined in QHSE Management System

· Perform other duties and projects as assigned.



· High School graduate or GED certification, 1+ years of related experience a plus

· Customer service experience preferred.

· Must be able to operate computer programs necessary for Amega's day to day functions.

· Requires good verbal communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to use good judgment and have an understanding of supply management and inventory.
