We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative in our Beeville, TX location. This role will be responsible for working directly with our customers to provide quotes and address all customer related issues. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate will the sales team, engineering and our factory to create and provide customers with accurate quote requests in a timely manner. This role will track the production status on open orders, update production schedules if necessary and provide our customers with regular timely updates on any changes to their order. The successful candidate will work with our factory team to ensure on time delivery to meet our customer's deadline. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for working with our customers regarding all outstanding payments. He/she will troubleshoot all customer issues, providing the customer with updates and resolving issues in an expedient manner to the customer's satisfaction.
To be successful in this role this person must have a High School Diploma, an Associates' Degree/Technical Certification in an engineering discipline from an accredited school would be preferable but not required. Prior experience working in the oil and gas manufacturing environment would be ideal but not key. At least two years working in an Inside/Outside Sales role in a similar industry is required in this role. Proficiency with MS Office, specifically word and excel is required, some ERP/MRP would be helpful but not a requirement. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency would be key in his role. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required for this role, with strong attention to detail.
