Ensure that the maintenance activities are on schedule.
Provide advice to Rig Superintendent and Maintenance Manager regarding the electrical and electronic equipment conditions.
Maintain the record of electrical and electronic equipments usage.
Prepare and monitor the spare parts order, both for repair and stocking purpose.
Maintain and share with procurement and Rig Manager a data base of contacts for OEM Electronic equipment to assist in troubleshooting and parts order.
Ensure rig has primary and back up, diagnostics, and maintains upgrades of diagnostic software. Ensure that hardware plug in's are kept safe with software diagnostics, either locked up or in a safe place. This shall be added to monthly handover and signed off on before leaving rig.
Due to the fast changing electronic cyber rig technology, search and apply for any seminar or training school that directly or even indirectly applies to rig specific equipment in Apexindo.
To propose PM tasks, procedures and schedules for all electronic equipment/devices based on OEM recommendations or to suit operating conditions, for entry into the GMAO PMS system
