This is a fantastic Business Development opportunity for an experienced individual who is looking to join a global organisation with an extensive and dynamic work portfolio in Asset Management solutions.

The Regional Business Development Manager will drive the development and conversion of a strong qualified sales pipeline for the Asset Management Solutions portfolio for John Crane for the North America (NA) territory.



• Engage with potential customers to position Asset Management Solutions portfolio

• Focal point for customers and John Crane Regional Sales & Marketing teams

• Ownership and qualification of sales opportunities and effectively utilizing technical sales support within the sales cycle.

• Delivery of a strong qualified sales pipeline for the region for Asset Management Solutions

• Delivery of assigned sales targets for the region for Asset Management Solutions


Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 5+ years sales and / or Business Development experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills required

• Experience working for companies in the Asset Management and / or Maintenance & Reliability markets.

• Understanding and / or experience of a consultative selling approach


Planning and Decision Making:

• Develop and manage territory strategy and plan.

• CRM and Pipeline management for region

• Qualification and ranking of opportunities

• Financial impact on revenue growth
