Office Administrator

Job Role

General upkeep of the office along with assisting all team members in their projects such as formatting and editing reports, manuals, and presentations, recruiting, and document control.

Essential Functions

General Administrative Duties, including but not limited to:
  • Document Control, maintain documents on the server, archiving older documents, and putting all in correct folders
  • Function as the point of contact for many of the business' vendors and be responsible for updating vendor contracts as necessary
  • Facilitate company meetings and create/prepare appropriate presentations when needed
  • Format resumes in required format for clients
  • Answer phones and direct incoming calls
  • Order office supplies, company merchandise, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
General HR Functions, including but not limited to:
  • Complete all New Hire Onboarding Process
  • Ensure all new employees are properly oriented and new hire checklist is completed
  • Ensure that all paperwork is completed and correct for Contractors and Employees.
  • Maintain employee records by filing, keeping past and current records
  • Maintain all contractor/client paperwork and ensure all files are up to date with company and government standards
  • Ensure termination checklist is complete upon employee terminations.
  • Sit in (as requested by CEO) on corrective actions and any HR-related issues
  • May be asked to edit Employee Policy Manual as directed.
  • Communicate and answer questions regarding Employee benefits program
  • Assist with all background and drug screening policy and report results to appropriate Manager
  • Onboard oncoming WDS contractors when requested. Assist in the onboarding of new WDS contractors.

Non-Essential Functions
