This role requires strong instructional design, facilitation, coaching, consulting and organizational skills.  An understanding of the Asia-Pacific Products sales and marketing strategies, sales process and sales channels including class of trade is highly recommended.  


Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:


Instructional Course Design and Facilitation


  • Designs and delivers sales competency development training using the 70-20-10 learning method  (i.e. e-learning, use of gamification, coaching, train the trainer) for internal (sales and marketing employees) and  external stakeholders (retailers, marketers and site personnel)


Stewardship of Site Retail Operating Standards


  • Champions the consistent execution of the Retail Operating Standards by collaborating with key stakeholders to make sure all relevant training content and operating standards are updated


Custodian of Regional L&D Programs


  • Leads the regular lookback, review and updates of training programs (i.e. Finance 101 for BCs, Value Based Selling, BC On-boarding Program, STARS Program, BM Certification Program) 


Coaching and Consulting Support


  • Provides individualized coaching support to sales managers for both sales and leadership competencies
  • Act as an OC and change management resource in support of the deployment of sales and marketing initiatives or any in-country business strategy


Learning and Development Expertise


  • Provides counsel and assistance on training matters by leveraging global and regional organizational capability resources and by being updated with the latest learning methodologies
  • Provides consultation and support in managing and facilitating leadership events, seminars and sales meetings


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or Marketing; Master's Degree in Industrial or Organizational Psychology is preferred
  • Has experience in facilitating meetings and conducting training programs
  • Excellent Communication (both written and oral), Influencing and Collaborative skills
  • Technology savvy, up to date with the current digital trends
  • Exposure in L&D platforms, E-Learning, E-Gamification is preferred
