To work as a valued member of the UK Chevron recruitment team, responsible for and hands-on with operational and strategic recruitment across all disciplines. Exposure to multiple business units and engagement with senior level stakeholders. Delivery of the a best candidate experience and sopurcing top talent on the market.

Policy and Process Governance/Metrics and SLAs
- Process Improvement
- Good educational background with a recognised Business related or HR degree preferred
- Proven proficiency supporting a large team
- Competent in MS Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written at all levels both internal and external
- Proven Organisational skills with the ability to deal with multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy are key
