The successful candidate is expected to handle on-site medical and clinical evaluations and provide advice to management and employees of Chevron Oronite Pte Ltd, manage health and return to work program for the site:
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Manages the First Aid Program for the site
- Renders emergency medical care for employees including but not limited to first aid treatments
- Plans & organizes Statutory Medical Examinations and medical surveillance program
- Organizes campaigns to enhance health awareness & support Wellness program at the site
- Manages & monitors medical/health contracts and service level agreements
- Provides health advice and material for preventive health education and healthy lifestyle program
- Degree in nursing or relevant qualification with practicing certificate
- Singapore Nursing Board registered nurse
- 5 years of experience in similar capacity with at least 3 years in petrochemical or chemical related industry
- Those with working experience in supporting Fitness for Duty Program, Drug & Alcohol Screening OR Emergency Responders Medical Screening will be an added advantage
- Proficient in writing health related newsletter
- Organized, personable and able to connect with all levels of employees
- Able to manage in-house medical centre independently
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
