Job Summary
The Maintenance Foreman will provide leadership to assigned maintenance team in the maintenance of ROTFs, CGFs, oil handling facilities, SWDs, CTFs, and associated facility equipment in a safe, environmentally sound, and cost effective manner. This position is in Anadarko's Delaware Basin Region as a member of the Operations Team working at the Ramsey Gas Plant in Orla, Texas.


The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in maintenance and operation of gas compression and oil and gas production facilities equipment is required with 2 years of demonstrated leadership ability in a maintenance team environment is required.

  • Demonstrated knowledge in maintenance and operation of natural gas engines and compressors is required.

  • Experience in the use of computers and a solid, demonstrable knowledge of Word and Excel is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cooperative team environment is required.

  • Knowledge for working with gas plant processing equipment, aerial coolers and various pumps is preferred.


  • Adhere to and enforce all applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental rules and regulations in assigned areas.

  • Manage and assure that maintenance of all assigned gas plant and field equipment including gas engines, compressors, pumps, motors, pneumatic tools and production machines, compressors, dryers, coolers, generators, gas regulators, pumps, turbines, etc.

  • Manage creation and/or completion of electronic work orders utilizing the computer based tools.

  • Manage and assure that critical spare parts are available to make proper and timely repairs.

  • Manage and assure that troubleshooting and repair of natural gas equipment, electronic panels and air/fuel ratio controllers is accomplished in a timely and expeditious fashion.

  • Manage overhaul of natural gas compressors, engines and all other assigned equipment.

  • Manage organization and maintenance of equipment records with preventative and predictive maintenance programs.

  • Assure team assists with training maintenance and operations personnel in regular and light maintenance of facility equipment.

  • Manage and assure development and upkeep of maintenance procedures as necessary.

  • Assure team maintains good housekeeping practices.

  • Assure team responds to call out requests as needed for maintenance, relief and emergency situations.

A High School diploma or equivalent required

Associates Degree, Trade School or Applicable Professional Certifications are preferred.


Valid US driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required

This position will eligible for domestic relocation

Travel Requirements
The percentage of travel required for this position is 0 - 15%

Work Schedule
This position is eligible for the 5/40 work schedule

Successful candidate must have or establish residency within a 75-mile radius Orla, Texas
