Position Summary

To assist with the running of the Warehouse function


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Rotational warehouse duties required within the warehouse (goods inwards, imports, shipping)
  • Check goods inwards from suppliers and worksites
  • Locate stock into designated areas
  • Pick items for shipping
  • Assist Warehouse Management with inventory reconciliation and inventory issues
  • Prepare items for shipment to worksites
  • Book out equipment/spares to sworkship personnel and to job sites
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuously improving your working ares though 5S activity


  • Assist with cycle count and stock taking when required
  • Driving duties as/if required for local collections and deliveries
  • Participate in weekly 5S audits when required



Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adherd to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment



Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmenttal and Quality Systems

Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Sustems of the Company

Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of a more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment


Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities

  • Forklift Qualification
  • Dangerous goods by Sea
  • Dangerous goods by Air


Working Conditions

This position is considered Shop/Outdoors which is categorised as follows

  • Almost exclusively indoors within Warehouse during the day and occasionally at night
  • Occasional requirement to work in ROV workvan and/or ROV Workshop
  • Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the work place
  • Work surface is stable (flat)
