Field/drilling rig based job opportunity.
Rotational assignments 2-4 weeks working, on location, 2-4 weeks time off.
Shift work, 12 plus hours per day with accommodation provided on or near drilling location.
Entry or junior level position supporting wellsite mudlogging services - geological drill cuttings sampling, processing and testing, support of senior mudlogging personnel in; geological sample description, oil and gas show analysis, well log drafting, gas detection and well monitoring, set up/rig up of mudlogging equipment and trailer, and maintenance and calibration of all mudlogging equipment.

Knowledge, experience or educational background in petroleum geology, geology, drilling, drilling engineering or petroleum engineering.
