Our client is an Australian Services company recognised as technical specialists within Oilfield Services. Due to continued growth and success an opportunity currently exists for an experienced Coil Tubing Supervisor to join their highly regarded team.
To succeed in this role as experienced Coiled Tubing Supervisor it is essential that you have experience in a similar role in Coiled Tubing including supervising, mentoring and managing crews.
You will be responsible for organizing and performing Coiled Tubing Operations including though not limited to:
- Providing advanced technical support to crew and clients on all elements of Coiled Tubing techniques
- Plan and coordinate operations and reporting as required per organization and client requirements
- Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders including crew, client representatives and management including job reporting to ensure efficient and effective delivery
- Ensure standards of Safety and Quality are managed in an efficient and effective manner
Current industry certifications will be highly regarded. Along with these your professionalism and flexibility will enable effective communication with the team ensuring cohesion and commitment to organizational processes, campaign requirements and safe work practices. It is vital that you are able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skill as you mentor operators and liaise across stakeholders acting as company role model and representative.
