Brief Job Profile

To assess the overall internal controls and the degree of risk facing company. Develop risk based annual internal audit plans and make recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations based on best practices. Provide opinion on overall compliance situation with regard to applicable laws & regulations and corporate policies & procedures. Provide overall direction and management of company's audit function to provide assurance to management and the Board on the internal control environment governing high/residual risk areas and report any concerns.


Minimum Qualifications

CA / CPA qualification, Finance/ Accounting degree from recognised university.


Additional internal audit qualification

CIA and/or CISA.


Minimum Experience

12 Years of Experience with Oil & Gas, Drilling or Banking Industries in a senior or managerial role.
