We're the largest operator in Norway, among the world's largest offshore operators, and a growing force in renewables.
Development and Production International (DPI) is responsible for Equinor's portfolio of producing assets and planned field developments in all countries outside Norway and US. DPI's ambition is to ensure industry-leading safety and security performance in all our operations and partner-operated fields, while maximising value from producing fields.
DPI oversees business and operations in 17 countries across six continents. Key development projects are found in Angola, Brazil, Canada, UKCS and Tanzania.
Mariner is part of Equinor's broad range of activities in the UK. We also operate offshore wind farms which provide power to around 650,000 homes and we supply around 20% of the UK's natural gas.
The Mariner Field is one of the largest capital commitments to the UK Continental Shelf in more than a decade and one of Equinor's most innovative developments. Mariner is operated from Aberdeen, the headquarters of UK and Ireland Offshore (UKI). Production is expected to commence in late 2018.
