Technology Deployment Lead
One of our leading independent Oil & Gas E&P clients is looking to recruit a Technology Deployment Lead and has created a new & challenging opportunity to work within their rapldly expanding organisation.
·Streamline and manage the Company's new technology deployment process including the facilitation of technical assessment, qualification, testing as well as creation of best practices and including NT as Standard Operating Procedures.
·Spread out the Technology culture through periodic technology awareness seminars, workshops and annual conferences.
Duties & Responsibilities
·Work with proponent department to facilitate faster technology deployment process including assessment, qualification and testing.
·Work with Procurement department to accelerate finding competitive providers to unique technologies.
·Report monthly technology deployment progress to company's CEO and executives.
·Assist Director of Technology Deployment and Innovation in finding latest technologies to address operational challenges
·Schedule technology awareness forums such as monthly technology days and yearly technology showcase.
·Invite capable R&D Centers to introduce their proven tools and advanced equipment to improve Wells/Reservoir Production.
·Visit the field on a monthly basis and provide direct supervision when needed to any new technology that is being introduced to the field.
·Ensure all field personnel are fully trained and certified, to use new technologies in accordance to supplier's standards.
·Ensure all training and maintenance manuals of new technologies are available and up to date for all operations sites
·Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline
·Minimum of 15 years of experience in Exploration and Production operations & Engineering with at least 5 years in Operations/Technical Management position.
·Excellent technical, commercial and communications skills.
·Onshore & offshore experience as well as demonstrate business operations.
·Must know the business and the mission-critical technical and functional skills needed to do the job; understands various types of business propositions and understands how businesses operate in general; learns new methods and technologies easily.
·Understand decisions through value process and focus on providing this to operations.
