Position description - Purpose
Manages operational effectiveness of product introductions and withdrawals through co-ordination of stakeholders and data accuracy and ensure total inventories are within set targets with aspirational ZERO write off target
The purpose of this role is to ensure that the strategic aims of the each sectors are achieved, and to ensure that the tactical Portfolio planning of Lubs Supply Chain is conducted in the most effective and efficient manner to deliver these aims.
Position description - Accountabilities
Manage and deliver Business Case Introduction projects from end to end according to required timeline and manage the complexity of transition for all impacted location seamlessly.
Coordinate with marketing on portfolio related activities for Shell branded and Advance at cluster level and act as first contact point from Sales & Marketing
Ensuring that the inherently conflicting requirements from Sales and Lubs Supply Chain are balanced to deliver best possible results in the most agile manner.
Ensure potential withdrawals and Absolution is picked up early to drive down write off values to ZERO aspirational target
Ensure entire Supply chain network changes are implemented according to Product Cycle Management process.
Ensure continuous improvement of each individual product introduction and withdrawal processes. Work with Sales & Marketing to review and drive portfolio performance
Ensure requirements from Global Key Accounts and other global businesses are coordinated and where required positive challenge provided to assess impact of portfolio changes across the overall supply chain
Ensure business benefits from Product Integrate Review are maximised quickly by the plants and measured as well as reported
Ensure data quality for Product Master data is maintained at the targets agreed and set time to time by the global team

Experience and Qualifications required
Business analytical skill supported by strategic thinking
leadership skills to manage to deliver through others as well
good stakeholder engagement and communication skill
Project management skill is a prefer to manage multi stakeholders
Preferable to have either supply chain or sales/marketing experience
Proactive Continuous Improvement mind-set and good Continuous Improvement knowledge will be a plus
Good in excel or other analytical tools
