DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in preparing and loading jobs in addition to cleaning, inspecting, and refurbishing equipment.
Ensure that all inventory items are properly identified and readily accessible.
Maintain inventory database by continually updating pertinent information with regard to cost changes, stocking levels, on hand quantities and consumption (usage).
Coordinate physical inventory of shop and field inventories, as required, using established and approved procedures.
Learn and perform all work in accordance to standard operating (SOP) and ensure compliance to industry standards.
Paint equipment in accordance to specifications
Pick up/deliver parts as assigned by shop manager
Operate crane and/or forklift to load and unload jobs.
Clean, service, and refurbish tools as required by supervisor.
Assembly and disassembly of tools relative to services provided per location.
Maintain clean work environment
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Available on a 24 hour basis to respond to customer needs.
Mechanical aptitude required
Ability to read equipment prints and schematics to perform repairs and maintenance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
0-2 years of Wellhead equipment experience in maintenance and repair in related field
Computer knowledge and skills including use of inventory software
Experience and general knowledge with inventory control
Work flexible schedule, including long and/or irregular hours.
Should be able to work closely with fellow employees
Ability to read measuring equipment ( ID/OD Mics, read drawings)
Knowledge or training on Wellhead equipment
