Overview

Build customer relationships into long term mutual value by marketing to and managing selected customer relationships.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Deliver sales and profitability budgets
  • Create smart customer and project plans to build customers and win orders
  • Contribute to and develop the Company Group project network information
  • Co-ordinate project sales activities with team mates globally
  • Develop and manage key customer relationships
  • Promote Company products at customers
  • Support contract managers to successfully win orders
  • Build knowledge of customers and client personnel and valve market 
  • Input into  marketing strategy and product development approach
  • Entertain clients to improve customer relationships - including marketing events
  • Report on competitor activity to business
