POSITION TITLE:  Senior Project Manager


NES Global Talent is a leading global technical recruitment company providing professional contract and permanent staff to a diverse world-wide client base within multiple industries. Our client, based in Houston, provides full EPC services specializing in the upstream and midstream oil & gas markets. They are looking to expand their technical team by adding a Senior Project Manager to focus on the midstream facilities projects.


Senior Project Manager - EPC Projects

  • Report directly to the Director of Project Management covering all aspects of assigned projects, primarily the larger scale projects within the company
  • Work closely with various apartments from engineering, accounting & finance, project management, outside clients & vendors, etc. throughout project duration
  • Develop and monitor project schedule, cash flow & budget, as  well as coordination of in-house and contract team members
  • Provide cost estimation, equipment selection, permitting schedules, construction supervision, plant start-up & execution/completion
  • Stay up to date with project management software, codes, standards and processes required by company, client, federal, state, and local agencies

Senior Project Manager - EPC Projects

  • BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Structural, or Civil Engineering
  • 10+ years of engineering experience with an operator and/or & EPC organization including experience leading small teams; strong midstream project experience a plus!
  • Strong experience working on full scope EPC projects from conceptual design through commissioning
  • Strong leadership skills along with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Track record of delivering on projects with respect to time, cost, and overall client satisfaction
