Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: 
Supports the acceleration and coordination of Chevron Supply &Trading’s (S&T) digital transformation and accompanying structure, process and governance models.  Drives the digital change agenda for S&T.

  • Responsible for the application of technology and industry trends applicable to S&T
  • Works with the business in partnership with IT to define digital platforms

Business Enablement

  • Assess digital initiatives for business value
  • Surface digital opportunities
  • Work with business to develop business cases for initiatives & opportunities
  • Effectively implement digital initiatives with speed and scale
  • Supports the S&T business units and functional areas by providing advisory and consulting services in the practice of project management and business process design around digital initiatives


  • Guide foundational step-change through digital initiatives aligned with S&T business strategy
  • Promotes cultural change (innovation, transparency, agility) within the project team and across S&T
  • Translates technology direction and strategies into business capability requirements 
  • Exemplifies flexibility and urgency for change
  • Supports communication and change management plans for business, technology & culture transformations

The scope is global with stakeholders in Houston, London, and Singapore. This job provides the opportunity to be highly self-directed and work independently as a consultant in support of the S&T organization and exposure to a wide variety of Business Units, diverse locations, and projects. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of functional expertise in Supply & Trading, including trading, scheduling and/or analytics
  • Experience with Digital Technology, such as Blockchain, Robotics Processing Automation (RPA) and/or Artificial Intelligence
  • Experience driving Digital Transformation or Change Management initiatives
