We are recruiting for an experienced Technical Training Specialist for our Teesside office to support the Group Training Lead in:

  • Developing and implementing internal training to meet the competence requirements of the organisation.
  • The development and delivery of external training to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensuring effective delivery of the required levels of performance related to Training targets, objectives and KPI's, whilst fostering & promoting a continuous improvement culture.

 

Essential Qualifications/Experience/Competencies

The successful candidate will possess experience and a strong track record in the delivery of internal and external technical training to a high standard. It is also preferable that candidates be experienced in delivery of either/both Fixed Hose Assembly (FHA) and Small Bore Tubing (SBT) Training. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deliver innovative solutions in the context of continuous improvement and the ability to clearly communicate and engage with the wider organisation.

Duties (include but are not limited to):

  • Ensure that all learning activities are developed, delivered and assessed in accordance with the defined LCMS process as defined within the ISO9001 (2008) standard.
  • Deliver internal and external training in line with Hydrasun's HSE, Quality and Training standards ensuring that all processes and procedures are reviewed and are fit for purpose in accordance with the defined policy and objectives.
  • Ensure the implementation of innovative training solutions and effective learning evaluation processes to measure the quality and effectiveness of internal and external training programmes, in the context of continuous improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practice across the organisation.
  • Provide guidance and support to the organisation in relation to specific learning and development requirements, including internal verification of competence where applicable.
  • Ensure that all training activities are executed as per the requirements defined within the HSE, Quality and Training management systems.
  • Continue to support and develop new training materials in-line with customer feedback, customer needs and continuous improvement, to ensure that the quality and content of Hydrasun's training meets the required performance expectations and standards.
  • Establish and cement strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation including our key external customers.
  • Provide the Group Training Lead with the required flexibility to deliver to customers global training requirements and Hydrasun's internal competency requirements.
