IOPC FUND COORDINATOR
Primary Purpose of Job
Develop a comprehensive Oil Spill Claims System for Qatar Petroleumand the State of Qatar in accordance with the IOPC (InternationalOil Pollution Compensation) Funds 1992 Claims Procedure.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
Experience & Skills
1. Excellent written and spoken English.2. Excellent analytical skills and Report writing ability.3. A Certificate in International Oil Spill Claims Management. 4. 12 Years ofexperience in Planning / Costing / Finance of which 5 years in asupervisory capacity in Oil & Gas Industry or environmentalOrganisation.5. High skills and knowledge relating to incident damage claims andincidentaccounting/costing techniques.6. A good working knowledge of the International Oil PollutionCompensation Fund and the activities of the InternationalAssociation of Independent Tanker Owners (INTERTANKO) and theInternational Tanker Owners Pollution Federation Limited (ITOPF).
