The Facility Operator is responsible for off-loading trucks at NGL Water Solutions' Salt Water Disposal (SWD) facilities in a safe and efficient working manner.

Multiple location openings in Keene, ND.

Starting pay: $16/hr+ great benefits!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Safe off-loading of trucks.
  • Adherence to NGL Safety Policies & Procedures.
  • Upkeep of facility.
  • Compliance with government agency rules, regulations & laws.
  • Attendance at all safety meetings & training.
  • Shows up on time, as scheduled & ready to work.
  • Identify equipment problems in need of repair & report to Facility Supervisor.
  • Inspects facility hourly and provides status reports to Facility Supervisor.
  • Data collection duties, such as two-hour checklists.
  • Continued training with Facility Supervisor to transition to Facility Attendant II.
  • Perform routine scheduled tasks as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities Required:

  • Punctual, trustworthy & reliable.
  • Proficient in spoken & written English.
  • Ability to use basic computer applications and software.
  • Communication skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Flexibility regarding work schedule - May be required to work weekends, nights & holidays.
  • Solid ability to multitask.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Courteous manner with fellow employees, supervisors, customers & vendors.
  • Must work well under pressure & be adaptable to the environment.
