Duties & Responsibilities
Needs to perform following activities independently:
Work on strategic growth projects of the organization, supporting both primary and secondary market research, as well as provide analytical and market-based insights.
Execute and deliver research projects involving competitive analysis & benchmarking, company profiling, market assessment & sizing, and industry/sector analysis etc.
Research, collect and consolidate data on the focus market, clients, and competitors into presentations and reports.
Remain abreast on market trends, and third party research.
Contribute to monthly market intelligence report by conducting secondary research like market analysis, tracking performance of key brands, organization, competitors & industry.
Provide data assistance to business development, finance and other business teams for various projects.
Identify resources and support required for the work plan to be carried through.
Develop processes and reporting metrics to communicate trends to the business development team.
Design or assist in the development of questionnaires and moderator guides to ensure the necessary data is captured.
Collaborate with external business partners like primary market research agencies and data agencies to achieve strategy objectives.
Analyze and benchmark key competitors inside and outside of operational markets.
Consult with subject matter experts to develop a complete understanding of the relevant trendsas and when required.
Conduct market benchmarking of product lines to identify possible business growth opportunities.
Communicate regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Demonstrate high level of initiative to accomplish individual/ team objectives.
Lead/guide/mentor a team on a specific task/project.
Work towards individual goals aligned with department and organizational objectives.
Comply to organizational HR policies and procedures.
Understand and adhere to organizational HSE policies and practices

Post Graduation (MBA) in Marketing or Market Research with minimum three years of relevant market research experience
Graduation (Bachelor degree) in Engineering (any discipline)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power Point
Proficient in Tableau
