Under direct supervision of Team Leader and or Shop Supervisor, this individual will be responsible for various duties including but not limited to the operational integrity, maintenance (preventive maintenance), repair and documentation of high pressure flow iron equipment. The ultimate objective of this entry level position is to ensure that all flow equipment remain in a safe, working condition and complies with not only all manufacturing specifications but also with all TETRA's operating standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Must perform all duties in a safe manner, observing safe work practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment, at all times
•Operate Fork Lifts to move equipment or materials to and from storage/repair area, load and unloading semi- truck trailers
•Will be on call on an as needed basis, travel out of town is very limited but is expected when needed
•Communicate well with Shop Supervisor, Team leader and with fellow team members
•Perform hands on mechanical functions; grinding, cleaning, repairs, valve rebuilding
•Completely understands and follows operating and safety procedures
•Position requires mostly day time work but can involve night time and may require being on call when needed
•Most of the work occurs at our Bridgeville, PA facility but some field work may also be required when needed

•Must be able to read and write clearly
•Must promote a positive, safe work environment and be a team player
•Very good hands on mechanical abilities
•Welding experience is not required but is beneficial
•Computer skill is not required but is beneficial

While performing the duties of this job; the employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles; vibration from operating air tools and can experience outdoor weather conditions often. Most of all work will be indoors but the employee can still be exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); work near and maneuver very heavy pieces of equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
