Our Internship Program was developed to allow higher education students to have the opportunity to experience practical work experiences, forming a solid foundation for their professional lives. Throughout the program, you will gain firsthand insights into the processes, systems, and practices that are aligned to ensure that customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of cutting-edge technology.

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to participate in technical and development training, team meetings, and participate in projects to present your results. In addition, you will have the support of the team, management, and a Buddy assigned specifically to your needs, ensuring that you have a valuable learning experience!
As an intern, you will be responsible for:
- Receive training and mentoring that will enable you to complete your tasks and projects, enhancing your learning and skills;
- Engage with, learn about, and understand your assigned area, but not be limited to it;
- Participate in and deliver internal projects to deliver results to clients (internal and external) and identify opportunities for business and area improvements;
- Learn the internal Operating System (including software and applications) that will help you in the process of developing and delivering your projects and daily tasks;
- Collaborate and connect with different teams, interns, and areas of Baker Hughes to gain broad knowledge and a global networking platform;
- Applying HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) concepts, ensuring and maintaining procedures in all situations for a safer, more ethical and healthy environment;
- Participate in and engage with integration groups for interns and other volunteer, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion hubs that will leverage your networking and skills development across the globe.
Fuel your passion:
To succeed and be considered for our internship, you need to:
- To be regularly enrolled in courses in: Economics, Accounting, Production Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
- Having an interest in and affinity for areas of financial activity;
- Possess intermediate to advanced level English and Spanish skills;
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are a plus;
- Must be available to intern for a period of 2 years, 30 hours per week;
- To have the right to legally intern in Brazil.
Timeline of the Selection Process:
Our Internship Program operates in hiring cycles, and you are participating in the July cycle!
Therefore, the selection process will take place from April to June.
After you submit your application, the recruitment team will screen the resumes and, if your profile is selected, you will proceed to the Digital Interview stage. Following this, the interviews will be evaluated and, if there is progress in the process, we will invite you for an interview with the area management. Candidates approved in this stage will then receive an offer to join the Internship Program in the scheduled cycle.

The Finance intern will support the routines of financial planning and control, monitoring strategic projects and recurring business operations. They will assist in the preparation, organization, and updating of financial reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards, supporting the control of costs, revenues, and profit margins of projects throughout the quarters. Will support the monitoring of receivables, control of due dates and management of the cash flow estimation system, ensuring that clients are meeting payment deadlines. Support in monthly closings, cost analysis and revenue adjustments, analysis of the impact of inflation on materials and labor, as well as monitoring the financial performance of projects and their profitability. Support in interaction with areas such as sales, sourcing and factory, organization of financial data, development of financial analyses and projects, preparation of materials for presentation to leadership and support for the administrative and operational routines of the Finance team.

Monday to Friday:
- From 8 AM to 3 PM;
- From 9am to 4pm;
- Or from 10 AM to 5 PM.
