We are recruiting for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Asset/Inventory Management Supervisor to oversee asset lifecycle management and inventory optimization within a dynamic upstream oil & gas environment.

Key Responsibilities:
?Oversee asset management (acquisition to disposal)
?Monitor and optimize inventory levels across operations
?Implement and manage asset tracking systems (ERP/Oracle)
?Conduct inventory audits and stock reconciliation
?Ensure compliance with internal controls, HSE, and industry standards
?Analyze inventory data to improve efficiency and cost control
?Collaborate with procurement and operations teams
?Lead and supervise inventory/warehouse personnel
Requirements:
?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
?Minimum 7 years' experience in procurement/inventory (Oil & Gas preferred)
?Strong knowledge of asset management & supply chain processes
?Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle)
?High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and leadership ability
?Professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is an added advantage
