As a Junior Maintenance Coordination and Reliability , you will be part of the Technical Material Coordination & Other Services team , where you will help support and coordinate the maintenance and reliability activities of refining plants (traditional and bio), contributing to the planning, optimization and control of plant performance.
Main activities:
- Collaborate in defining and supporting maintenance and technical materials plans and budgets
- Coordinate the implementation of maintenance and reliability processes
- Provide technical support for plant shutdowns, including analysis and budgeting
- Plan material and service requirements, collaborating with procurement and suppliers
- Draft technical specifications, evaluate offers and manage feedback to suppliers
- Analyze failures, causes of downtime and lessons learned
- Provide support in monitoring performance and preparing reports in collaboration with refineries
- Study new maintenance and diagnostic techniques, also from a safety perspective
- Define and support maintenance and technical materials plans and budgets
Required characteristics:
- Master's Degree in Engineering
- Experience up to 3 years in the role
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft tools (e.g. Project)
- Knowledge of the English language
- Availability to travel for business trips
The profile is completed by:
- Previous experience in maintenance (oil, petrochemical, or continuous-cycle industries)
