Job Duties

• Under direct supervision, performs Job Safety Analysis (JSA), safety meetings, and assembly and disassembly of HWO service line equipment.
• Assembles and prepares the equipment for installation and operation.
• Assists in carrying out the tasks.
• Maintains overall organization, cleanliness, repairs, and preparation of equipment for the next service.
• Performs inspections of HWO equipment before and after work.
• Responsible for safe crane and lifting operations during service delivery, in accordance with the project and the client's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Operates high-pressure fluid pump and supporting equipment HWO (return flow package).
• Performs hydrostatic testing on explosion prevention equipment (BOP) during pre- and post-work procedures, including preventive maintenance (PM).
• Operates the counterweight winch and the BOP console. Operates the HWO hydraulic jack under supervision.
• Acts as a mentor to colleagues and trains Operator Assistants.
• Monitors well control parameters and calculations before and during operations.
• Performs and completes preventive maintenance on all equipment associated with HWO.

 

Qualifications

- Completed technical course in mechanics, electronics, or related fields.
- Active CFT (Brazilian Federal Council of Technicians) registration.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in drilling. Experience working on SPH (Single Phase Hoist) rigs is a plus, as is knowledge of Petrobras procedures.
- Local contract for Macaé
- Knowledge of Petrobras procedures is considered an important advantage.
