Job Duties
- Under general supervision, fosters excellent customer relations in the workplace.
- Plans and performs the necessary calculations for the complete well service, as needed.
- Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators and operator assistants during the assembly (rig up) and disassembly (rig down) of equipment on site, as well as the preparation of equipment for work execution.
- It provides the necessary planning for the service, including instructions to the team and conflict resolution within approved levels.
- Ensures customer satisfaction with the services provided. When necessary, can collect and distribute work data.
- Coordinates the cleaning, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next service.
- Provides feedback on the individual performance of their subordinates.
- Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions.
- Due to the nature of the work in oilfield services, effective communication skills are necessary.
- Promotes HES Process Improvement Initiatives (PII) within the designated Country or Natural Work Area (NWA).
- Ensures compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards, practices and guidelines.
- Promotes and actively participates in quality improvement processes.
- Must possess the ability to understand POCO diagrams, analyze computer programs, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Completed technical course in mechanics, electronics, or related fields.
- Active CFT (Brazilian Federal Council of Technicians) registration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with hydraulic rigs, offshore work (workover, completion, abandonment, etc.), with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory position.
- Local contract for Macaé.
- Knowledge of Petrobras procedures is considered a significant advantage.
