Imagine your job:
As a Junior Well Area Construction Manager , you will be part of the Global Natural Resources General Management . Specifically, within your Well Area team , you will be responsible for overseeing the operational activities of drilling and completing onshore and offshore oil wells, ensuring they are carried out safely and in compliance with company procedures, HSEQ standards, and oil well engineering best practices.
Main activities:
- Assist in the review of drilling and completion programs to ensure that plans are executed in accordance with company procedures and with particular attention to well integrity and operational safety.
- Provide support in supervising drilling and completion operations by representing the Company at the operating site
- Collaborate in coordinating the activities of the contract personnel involved in construction site operations
- Monitor the consumption and stocks of materials available on the construction site and promptly request the supply of personnel, services, equipment in order to avoid delays in operations
- Regularly report on the progress of operations and agree on any corrective actions, if necessary, providing support in resolving operational issues, including real-time drilling data analysis
- Prepare daily reports on the progress of operational activities
- Ensure the acquisition and sharing of lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Participate as a member of the emergency task force in the event of a major emergency, taking immediate action to safeguard personnel, assets and the environment
Required characteristics:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Up to 3 years of work experience in the role
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Availability to work shifts or in offshore and/or onshore production environments
- Availability for national and international mobility
